Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days. For security reasons, the PIN code and the AUSTROCARD are sent separately and not on the same day.
Yes, an unlimited number of AUSTROCARDs can be applied for a company.
A positive credit check and being of legal age are required.
The AUSTROCARD is accepted at almost 600 petrol stations in Austria and over 200 in Germany. Acceptance points include, among others:

Yes, the AUSTROCARD can also be used for vehicle washes, lubricants, antifreeze, AdBlue, ASFINAG road tolls, adhesive vignettes and digital vignettes (can only be purchased at petrol stations). The purchase of other store goods such as drinks, food, tobacco etc. is excluded.
Yes, the PIN code can be changed. Please send an e-mail to office@austrocard.at. The sender's e-mail address must already be stored in our customer database.
Yes, there are different restriction levels that can be set. Detailed information on all restriction levels can be found on the registration form.
Please block the card immediately via the online portal, the hotline +43 800 22 11 44 or by e-mail to office@austrocard.at. A replacement card will be sent to you as soon as possible.

No, there are no card fees for using the AUSTROCARD. All services, including the initial issue of the card, are included in the service. Please note, however, that there is a monthly fee for the premium loading tariff.
