Billing is carried out exclusively by SEPA direct debit. A fully completed and signed SEPA mandate is required.
Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days. For security reasons, the PIN code and the AUSTROCARD are sent separately and not on the same day.
Yes, as a private individual you can apply for up to three fuel cards. The maximum total limit is 1,000 euros.
A positive credit check and being of legal age are required.
The AUSTROCARD is accepted at almost 600 petrol stations in Austria and over 200 in Germany. Acceptance points include, among others:

Yes, AUSTROCARD can also be used for vehicle washes, lubricants, antifreeze, AdBlue, ASFINAG road tolls, adhesive vignettes and digital vignettes (can only be purchased at petrol stations). The purchase of other store goods such as drinks, food, tobacco etc. is excluded.
Yes, the PIN code can be changed. Please send an e-mail to office@austrocard.at. The sender's e-mail address must already be stored in our customer database.
Yes, there are various restriction levels that can be set. Detailed information on all restriction levels can be found on the registration form.
