Conditions of Participation

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. Persons aged 18 and over residing in Austria are eligible to participate. Employees, relatives, and sales partners of ORLEN Austria GmbH are excluded. Automated or multiple entries, as well as the use of competition services, are not permitted. ORLEN Austria GmbH reserves the right to refuse or subsequently revoke the prize if there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation.

The prizes offered are listed in the respective competition post. Cash payments are excluded. If a prize is no longer available, it can be replaced with an alternative of equal or higher value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Shipping will be free of charge within two weeks of the drawing to the address provided by the participant within Austria (except for voucher codes sent via email). The participant is responsible for the accuracy of their information. No shipping to PO boxes or packing stations.

All new Austrocard customers who register as new customers between April 1 and July 31, 2025, either online at www.austrocard.at, in writing, or by phone, quoting the code "New Customer," and who fill up at least 30 liters of diesel, Eurosuper, Super Plus, gasoline, Racing Diesel, LKW Diesel, HVO, or LPG at a Turmöl filling station or charge 30 kWh during this period, will automatically be entered into this competition. We will randomly draw the prize within two weeks of July 31, 2025. The winners will be notified of their prize by email or mail.

Winners are requested to claim their prize within 14 days of receiving notification of their prize.

Participants agree to the storage and use of their data (profile name, name, address) for the duration of the competition and the prize draw. The data will be completely deleted afterward. It will not be used for advertising purposes. Winners agree to the publication of a photo and their name.

ORLEN Austria GmbH assumes no liability for technical malfunctions or the unavailability of the platforms required for participation in the competition.

ORLEN Austria GmbH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time, or to interrupt or terminate a competition in whole or in part for good cause without prior notice. ORLEN Austria GmbH will exercise this right in particular if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.
